Toledo, OH (January 24, 2026) – A three-vehicle accident on Dorr St late on January 23 resulted in multiple injuries and a full road closure, prompting a major response from local fire, EMS, and police units.
Truck 4 and Engine 14 were among the first to arrive at the scene and reported significant damage across all vehicles involved, including one that had left the roadway. Responders began triaging victims immediately and requested two additional medic units due to the number of people potentially injured. Dispatch confirmed at least three individuals required evaluation, with EMS units providing care on-site before preparing for transport.
The crash caused Dorr St to be completely shut down as Toledo Police and fire personnel worked to secure the area and coordinate response efforts. Damaged vehicles, debris, and emergency vehicles created significant disruption through the area during the nighttime response.
Toledo Police were notified and responded to assist with traffic control and investigation. The cause of the collision remains under review, and officials have not yet released further details regarding the identities or conditions of the victims.
