Mesa, AZ (January 25, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash caused injuries and traffic disruptions on Friday afternoon, January 23, near the intersection of North Mesa Drive and East Brown Road in Mesa.
The incident occurred just west of the intersection around 4:41 p.m., with multiple callers reporting the collision and confirming that both vehicles were blocking westbound lanes. Emergency crews responded quickly to the scene.
Among those involved was an elderly woman who was reportedly experiencing chest pains following the crash. Paramedics arrived to assess her condition and provide care on-site. The extent of her injuries, as well as information on any others involved, has not yet been released.
The crash happened on January 23 in a high-traffic corridor of central Mesa, causing significant disruption while emergency personnel worked to manage the scene and assist those affected.
