Columbus, OH (January 25, 2026) – Emergency crews responded on Saturday to a vehicle collision with injuries at the intersection of E Livingston Ave and Shady Lane Rd on the east side of Columbus.
The crash occurred during the afternoon in a heavily traveled area near residential neighborhoods and local businesses. First responders from Columbus Fire and EMS arrived quickly and provided medical assistance at the scene. At least one person sustained injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation and treatment. The severity of the injuries has not yet been confirmed.
The involved vehicles sustained visible damage, with some debris reported in the intersection. Traffic in the area was temporarily disrupted as responders cleared the scene and worked to ensure the safety of all involved.
Columbus Police are actively investigating the cause of the crash. No citations or contributing factors have been officially released at this time.
