Los Angeles, CA (January 26, 2026) – A motorcyclist was injured in a hit-and-run collision reported early on January 26 at the intersection of E 7th St and S Central Ave in Los Angeles. The crash occurred around 5:53 a.m. and triggered an emergency response from both medical and law enforcement units.
Upon arrival, responders located the injured rider and provided medical care at the scene. The extent of the injuries has not yet been publicly confirmed. The driver of the vehicle involved reportedly fled the scene before authorities could make contact.
The area around E 7th St and S Central Ave experienced brief disruptions while officials conducted on-site evaluations and gathered evidence. The hit-and-run is being investigated as a felony traffic offense.
