Thousand Oaks, CA (January 28, 2026) – A multi-vehicle collision on northbound US-101 in Ventura County resulted in reported injuries Tuesday evening, leading to traffic delays and a sizable emergency response near Westlake Blvd.
The crash occurred at approximately 8:25 p.m. on the northbound side of the 101 Freeway near the exit for Westlake Blvd. Several vehicles were involved in the collision, creating a significant scene that blocked lanes and prompted concern from passing motorists.
First responders, including Ventura County Fire and medical teams, worked quickly to assist those hurt in the crash. At least one person sustained injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Others were assessed at the scene.
