Long Beach, CA (January 28, 2026) – A severe traffic accident early Tuesday morning near the intersection of Pacific Coast Hwy and Gundry Ave left one individual unconscious and not breathing, prompting an urgent multi-agency emergency response.
The incident occurred around 6:00 a.m. in the westbound lanes of PCH, where fire crews arrived to find a critically injured individual. According to radio communications, medical personnel were performing life-saving measures on the victim, who was reported unresponsive at the scene.
