Riverside, CA (January 28, 2026) – Medical and fire crews responded Tuesday morning to a crash with injuries near the intersection of 14th St and Mulberry St in downtown Riverside.
Shortly before 7:45 a.m., a passing engine crew spotted the collision and alerted dispatch. AMR units were then sent to the location, where they began assessing the individuals involved for injuries. Engine 3 and other responding units coordinated on-site efforts to assist those hurt.
While the exact number of vehicles involved remains unclear, responders confirmed that at least one person required medical attention. It has not yet been announced whether hospital transport was needed.
The area around 14th and Mulberry saw some traffic disruption as emergency teams worked the scene and began an investigation into what led to the crash. Contributing factors such as driver behavior or visibility will be reviewed.
