South Bend, IN (January 28, 2026) – A motor vehicle accident involving a black Chevy truck resulted in injuries to three individuals on January 27 near the intersection of Western Ave and South Tuxedo Dr in South Bend. The crash prompted a personal injury response and required additional medical support.
Emergency crews from South Bend Engine 3 and Medic 9 were dispatched to the scene following a crash notification. Upon arrival, law enforcement confirmed that three people were injured, leading to the request for an additional ambulance.
