Rowland Heights, CA (January 30, 2026) – A morning crash involving injuries disrupted traffic Friday along southbound Nogales St just north of Pathfinder Rd in Rowland Heights. The collision occurred in the early hours, prompting a response from paramedics and tow services.
According to incident reports, the crash involved a dark-colored Honda Civic that sustained major front-end damage and came to rest blocking multiple lanes. The driver was initially seen attempting to repair a blown tire before the collision occurred. The Honda remained disabled in the roadway as traffic began to build in the area.
Emergency crews from Los Angeles County Fire responded to the scene and provided care for individuals with minor injuries. At least one person was evaluated by medics on-site, though it remains unclear whether transport to a hospital was required.
Pepe’s Tow was called in to remove the damaged vehicle, while Bob and Dave’s Tow was notified but ultimately did not respond. Tow operators arrived within 20 minutes to assist with clearing the vehicle from the travel lanes.
The crash is currently under investigation, with authorities working to determine whether the vehicle’s mechanical issues, such as the reported flat tire, contributed to the incident.
We extend our well wishes to the individuals recovering from this collision and hope for their full and swift healing.
