The incident occurred around 5:43 p.m., according to dispatch audio from Huntsville and Madison Fire/Rescue teams. Responders arrived at the scene and located a gold SUV involved in the collision. Initial assessments indicated that at least one person was experiencing back pain, while a female patient was classified as a priority three—indicating non-life-threatening injuries that still required medical attention.
Fire and EMS personnel treated the injured at the scene and transported those needing further evaluation to a local hospital. The full extent of injuries and the number of people involved have not been confirmed.
