Fullerton, CA (March 6, 2026) – One person was hurt following a head-on crash at the intersection of Woods Avenue and Orangethorpe Avenue in Fullerton on Wednesday night, March 4.
The accident happened shortly after 8:30 p.m. at the busy intersection. Video from the area shows a white truck positioned in the intersection as it was preparing to make a left turn.
As the truck waited in the intersection, another vehicle entered the crossing and slammed head-on into it. The force of the impact caused the truck to spin in the roadway before coming to rest.
Emergency units arrived at the scene and assisted those involved in the crash. One person was taken to a hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.
Authorities have not yet released additional details about the drivers involved or the circumstances that led to the collision. Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash, and more details will be released as soon as they become available.
