Multi-Vehicle Crashes Can Cause Major Interstate Disruptions
Crashes involving several vehicles often lead to major traffic delays, particularly on busy interstate highways.
Roadways such as Interstate 10 carry heavy daily traffic through areas like El Paso, Texas. When multiple vehicles become involved in a collision, emergency crews may need to temporarily close lanes or reroute drivers to allow space for rescue operations and crash investigations.
Investigators reviewing incidents near busy corridors such as Hawkins Boulevard typically analyze vehicle movements, traffic flow, and roadway conditions to determine how the crash occurred.
