Adair County, KY (September 10, 2025) – Kentucky State Police are investigating a tragic incident that occurred Monday evening on Cumberland Parkway, which resulted in the death of a 56-year-old man. The victim, identified as Charles Smith Jr., was struck and killed by a vehicle after exiting his semi-truck and walking along the road.
