Akron, OH (January 17, 2026) – An early morning wreck at the intersection of W Market St and S Frank Blvd on January 15 left one person injured and prompted a response from Akron emergency crews. The accident occurred just before 5:00 a.m., bringing medical teams to the scene to assist.
Responders located at least one individual who had sustained injuries as a result of the collision. On-scene care was provided, though details about the patient’s condition and the number of vehicles involved have not been officially confirmed.
Traffic in the area was briefly affected while responders worked to assist the injured and clear the roadway. The cause of the crash has not yet been released by authorities.
