Albany, NY (January 17, 2026) – One person was reportedly injured in a hit-and-run truck accident on I-90 eastbound near Exit 6 during the early morning hours of January 16, according to initial dispatch reports from Albany authorities.
Emergency crews were called to the scene after a reported T-bone-style collision involving a dark blue truck. The truck, which appeared to have debris falling from its rear, was last seen fleeing the scene heading eastbound on I-90. Responding officers issued a broadcast alert in an effort to locate the vehicle and its driver.
