Anaheim Hills, CA (February 27, 2025) – 2 people lost their lives in a fiery crash on the Riverside 91 Freeway early Wednesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The fatal accident occurred at approximately 12:50 a.m. just east of the 241 Toll Road. At least two vehicles were involved, and one of them caught fire after the collision. Emergency responders arrived at the scene to extinguish the flames and assess the situation, but sadly, 2 individuals were pronounced dead.
Authorities have not yet confirmed the cause of the crash or whether additional factors such as speed, impairment, or road conditions played a role. Traffic in the area was affected for several hours as officials conducted their investigation and worked to clear the wreckage.
