Angels Camp, CA (February 3, 2025) – One person sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash Sunday morning on eastbound State Route 4, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The collision occurred at approximately 9:38 a.m. just west of Pool Station Road and involved a black Subaru sedan and a Chevrolet sedan. Reports indicate that juveniles were briefly trapped inside one of the vehicles before emergency responders arrived. Fortunately, all five occupants of the vehicles were able to exit safely.
Medical personnel treated one injured individual at the scene. The extent of their injuries has not been disclosed.
Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances that led to the crash.
