ATV and Vehicle Accidents in Tennessee
ATV accidents can be especially dangerous, as riders are often not protected by the structural safety features of vehicles like SUVs. In this case, the lack of helmets contributed to the severity of the injuries sustained.
Tennessee law requires helmets for ATV riders under certain conditions, and wearing one is crucial in preventing serious head injuries.
For both drivers and passengers, it is important to follow traffic signals, drive responsibly, and ensure the safety of all occupants, especially when operating ATVs in areas with vehicle traffic.
