Interstate Crashes in Texas
Crashes along major interstates like I-35 often result in severe injuries due to high speeds and constant traffic flow, even during early morning hours. In Texas, I-35 is one of the state’s busiest corridors, connecting major cities and frequently experiencing high volumes of both commuter and commercial traffic. Collisions on service roads, such as the one near East Congress, highlight the challenges of merging traffic, driver fatigue, and limited visibility—especially in the pre-dawn hours.
The Texas Department of Transportation reports thousands of injury crashes on or near interstate routes each year. Many of these incidents occur at access points or intersections where road design and driver error can intersect dangerously. Individuals injured in such crashes are encouraged to document the scene thoroughly and seek medical attention as soon as possible, even if injuries are not immediately apparent.
Legal support can be essential following a collision, particularly when determining liability or addressing insurance disputes. Whether due to distracted driving, failure to yield, or unclear right-of-way conditions, navigating the aftermath requires attention to detail and often professional assistance.
