Barstow, CA (August 11, 2025) – A fatal pedestrian accident occurred late Monday night on the 28600 block of Rimrock Rd. The incident, reported around 9:23 p.m., involved a vehicle striking a pedestrian. Emergency crews from Barstow Fire Department arrived quickly, but despite their efforts, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office and Barstow Police Department responded to secure the area and begin an investigation into the circumstances of the crash.
