Baton Rouge, LA (August 1, 2025) – An injury crash was reported on Friday morning on Joor Rd near the intersections of Mickens Rd and Tynewood Ave. The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene shortly after 9:10 a.m., along with medical crews.
First responders, including medics and fire crews, worked to assist those suffering from injuries after the collision. At least one individual was injured in the crash and received treatment at the scene before being transported for further medical care. The crash occurred in the 5900–7989 block of Joor Rd, a busy corridor known for commuter and residential traffic.
