Unusual Roadway Incidents in Michigan
Unexpected hazards on the roadway, such as pedestrians interfering with vehicles, can create dangerous conditions that lead to accidents. In Michigan, incidents involving erratic individuals, debris, or animals can contribute to sudden crashes, leaving drivers little time to react.
Drivers involved in accidents caused by unpredictable circumstances may struggle with insurance claims and liability disputes. While Michigan’s no-fault insurance system covers medical expenses for injuries, determining fault in unique situations can be challenging. Seeking legal advice may help those affected navigate complex claims and recover necessary damages.
