Billings, MT (September 19, 2025) – First responders were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident that occurred in the parking lot near Central Ave and 24th St W in Billings on Monday afternoon. The crash was reported around 2:49 p.m., just outside a local Taco Bell.
According to Yellowstone County emergency communications, both vehicles sustained only minor damage, and everyone involved was able to exit their vehicles under their own power. While initial reports indicated injuries, those on scene were evaluated and found to be walking and alert, with no serious trauma reported.
Fire crews from Engine 5 and Engine 3, along with American Medical Response (AMR), responded quickly and provided precautionary assessments. All parties declined transport, and no extrication was required. Police remained at the location to assist with the exchange of information and ensure the parking lot was cleared safely.
No citations have been reported at this time, and the incident appears to have been a low-speed collision typical of crowded commercial parking areas.
