Charlotte, NC (September 20, 2025) – Police and emergency responders were dispatched early Friday morning to a serious hit-and-run crash with injuries in East Charlotte. The incident occurred around 1:07 AM at the intersection of E Independence Blvd and N Sharon Amity Rd.
Charlotte Fire and Mecklenburg EMS units arrived quickly to assist the injured. Paramedics provided on-site medical care and arranged transport for further treatment where necessary.
