Chesterfield, VA (July 18, 2025) – A deadly head-on collision claimed the life of one driver and left another hospitalized on Thursday evening in Chesterfield County. The crash occurred just before 5 p.m. in the 11900 block of Bailey Bridge Rd, not far from Crenshaw Elementary School.
According to the Chesterfield County Police Department, a Chevrolet truck traveling eastbound crossed the center line and collided head-on with a Dodge Ram heading west.
