Cheyenne, WY (January 17, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a vehicle crash with injuries Friday afternoon along N Greeley Hwy in Cheyenne. The incident occurred around 4:00 p.m. on January 16 near the 100 block of N Greeley Hwy, close to the Sinclair gas station.
Engine 2 and MS 156 were dispatched to the scene, where law enforcement was already present. Initial reports indicated that one of the individuals involved may have been experiencing a medical emergency, possibly related to a diabetic condition, at the time of the crash.
Medical personnel from AMR provided on-site evaluation and care to the person involved. The full extent of injuries has not been confirmed, and no additional details about other parties or vehicles have been released.
