Chicago, IL (September 17, 2025) – A fatal wrong-way crash occurred Tuesday night on Chicago’s North Side, leaving one man dead and another hospitalized. The collision happened around 8:33 p.m. in the 4500 block of North DuSable Lake Shore Dr, according to the Chicago Police Department.
Authorities report that a 53-year-old man driving a gray vehicle was traveling northbound when he entered the southbound lanes and collided head-on with a black SUV.
