Chicago, IL (August 27, 2025) – A female pedestrian was injured Tuesday morning after being struck by a vehicle near South State St, between State and Michigan Ave.
The incident occurred around 11:09 a.m., prompting an immediate response from Chicago Police Department personnel and emergency medical teams. The caller who reported the collision indicated that the female victim had been involved in an auto-pedestrian crash and sustained injuries as a result.
First responders, including paramedics, assessed and treated individuals hurt in the crash. The woman was attended to at the scene before being transported for further evaluation. Her condition has not been publicly disclosed.
