Chula Vista, CA (September 12, 2025) – A traffic accident involving injuries occurred Wednesday night near Eastlake Parkway and Ojai Lakes Road, prompting a priority medical response from emergency crews in the Chula Vista area.
The collision was reported at approximately 8:06 PM near the Eastlake Wendy’s location, a busy retail and dining area. Heartland Fire dispatch indicated that the response was coded as a 6 Echo—signifying a high-priority medical emergency. Guard 803 and additional paramedic units were dispatched to the scene to assist.
Medical personnel arrived quickly and evaluated those involved. At least one individual sustained injuries and received on-site treatment. It remains unclear if the injured party was transported to a hospital, but the nature of the dispatch suggests serious concern at the time of the call.
