Cincinnati, OH (January 30, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a traffic accident with injuries on Thursday afternoon on northbound Interstate 75 near the West 9th Street ramp, leading to delays and medical transports in the downtown area.
The incident occurred around 3:38 p.m., involving at least two vehicles and spanning multiple lanes of the interstate. Engine 14 and Medic 3 were dispatched to the scene, where they found injured occupants needing immediate assistance.
Paramedics provided on-site treatment and transported at least one individual to a local hospital for further evaluation. The full extent of injuries has not been released, but all individuals were reportedly conscious at the time of transport.
