Cincinnati, OH (September 20, 2025) – A serious crash involving two vehicles occurred Friday night on the eastbound lanes of Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway, leaving at least one person injured.
The incident happened around 9:45 p.m., according to local dispatch. Early reports indicated that someone may have been ejected from one of the vehicles, prompting a swift and sizable emergency response. Fire and EMS crews from multiple units, including Engine 79 and Medic 79, were dispatched to the scene and operated on Fireground 4 to provide assistance.
Authorities closed off portions of the highway to manage the scene and ensure safe access for first responders. The number of people injured and their conditions have not yet been confirmed. Law enforcement and fire personnel from Springfield Township were also involved in managing the aftermath.
