Cincinnati, OH (January 16, 2026) – A serious vehicle crash with reported injuries and entrapment occurred Wednesday morning on the lower level of the Western Hills Viaduct in Cincinnati.
The incident was reported around 8:36 a.m., prompting an urgent response from local fire and EMS units. According to dispatch audio, one of the vehicles involved had overturned, landing on its side with a person trapped inside. Rescue crews worked swiftly to extricate the individual while providing emergency medical care.
At least one person sustained injuries in the crash and was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The extent of those injuries has not yet been disclosed.
