Culver City, CA (September 18, 2025) – A suspected DUI driver caused a multi-vehicle crash that left four people injured Wednesday morning in Culver City, according to the Culver City Police Department.
The collision occurred just after 9:00 a.m. along Sepulveda Boulevard near its intersection with Culver Boulevard. Authorities reported that the suspected impaired driver first struck two parked vehicles before crashing into four additional cars traveling on Sepulveda Blvd.
Emergency crews from Culver City Fire and Police Departments responded swiftly to the chaotic scene. The suspect—whose name has not been released—was transported to a local hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening. Police confirmed the individual will be taken into custody on DUI charges once medically cleared.
Three others involved in the crash were treated at the scene for minor injuries and complaints of pain. No one else required hospitalization.
Due to the severity of the collision and the number of vehicles involved, authorities closed both directions of Sepulveda Boulevard between Culver Blvd and Braddock Dr for approximately two and a half hours while crews conducted investigations and cleared the wreckage.
We extend our thoughts to those injured in this collision and hope for a safe and swift recovery for all affected.
