Danvers, MA (January 16, 2026) – A wrong-way crash late on Thursday night on Route 128 in Danvers left two individuals injured and prompted a major emergency response.

Massachusetts State Police received several 911 calls around 11:00 p.m. reporting a vehicle traveling south in the northbound lanes near Beverly. Moments later, a collision involving the wrong-way vehicle and two other cars occurred in nearby Danvers.
