Delaware, OH (January 30, 2026) – At least one person was injured in an auto accident that occurred on Friday morning at the intersection of Joy Ave and Lake St in Delaware County.
The Delaware County 911 Center reported the incident at approximately 7:18 a.m. on January 30. Medics and fire personnel responded quickly to the scene to provide care to those hurt in the collision. Initial reports confirmed that emergency crews evaluated the individuals involved and rendered aid to at least one person suffering from injuries.
The extent of the injuries and the number of vehicles involved have not yet been disclosed by authorities. Traffic in the area was temporarily impacted as responders worked to manage the scene and ensure the roadway was clear and safe.
