Fayette County, KY (September 12, 2025) – A single-vehicle collision occurred Thursday evening in northern Fayette County, leaving four individuals injured. The crash was reported just before 7 p.m. at the intersection of Iron Works Pike and Paris Pike, according to Lexington Police.
Lexington Fire crews responded promptly to the scene and worked to extract all four individuals from the vehicle. Two of the victims suffered critical injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals for urgent medical care.
