Flagstaff, AZ (September 22, 2025) – A tragic collision involving a Flagstaff Police Department vehicle claimed one life and left a police officer injured early Saturday morning on the city’s east side. The crash occurred shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Butler Avenue, according to local authorities.
