The incident was reported at approximately 2:41 p.m. at the intersection of Seashore Hwy and Wilson Hill Rd.
Emergency responders from Seaford (87), Bridgeville (72), and Laurel (81) fire companies were dispatched to the scene, where at least one person was confirmed to be trapped in the wreckage.
