Greensboro, MD (January 16, 2026) – A crash involving a school bus and another vehicle was reported on January 15 near the intersection of Ridgely Road and Holly Road in Greensboro, Caroline County. The collision resulted in injuries and prompted an extensive response from multiple emergency units.
According to initial reports, two vehicles were involved in the crash, and utility wires were reported down in the area. One individual on the school bus was evaluated by EMS at the scene, while the rest of the occupants were medically cleared before being released. Two patients were ultimately transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
Greensboro and Ridgely emergency responders coordinated the scene, which required both medical aid and traffic management due to the presence of downed wires and school children.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash and have not yet released information about the conditions of the individuals transported.
