Harrisburg, PA (January 31, 2026) – Emergency responders were called Friday afternoon to a crash involving multiple people along the southbound lanes of Interstate 83 near the 13th Street on-ramp in Harrisburg.
The incident occurred at approximately 2:14 p.m. on January 30 near mile marker 43. According to dispatch reports, the crash involved at least four individuals, with two classified as low-severity injuries (Class 3 patients). One person reportedly suffered a stomach injury related to airbag deployment, while two others were evaluated on scene and may have declined transport.
Paramedics arrived promptly to assess the injured parties and provide necessary care. Emergency crews temporarily restricted access to the affected area as they responded to the crash and worked to clear the roadway.
