Henderson, NV (January 17, 2026) – A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries following a crash involving another vehicle Friday evening at the intersection of Lake Mead Parkway and First Dawn Street in Henderson.
The collision occurred around 5:00 p.m. on January 16. Emergency responders from Henderson Fire and paramedics quickly arrived at the scene to treat the injured motorcyclist. The rider was transported to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. At this time, no additional details have been released regarding the nature of those injuries.
Authorities reported that the driver of the other vehicle involved remained at the scene and cooperated with police during the initial investigation. The area was temporarily closed to traffic as crews cleared the wreckage and ensured the intersection was safe for reopening.
All roadways have since been reopened. Henderson Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances that led to the crash.
