Indianapolis, IN (January 31, 2026) – Emergency responders from Marion County were dispatched Friday evening to a reported injury crash involving a single vehicle near the intersection of Ralston Avenue and E 45th Street in Indianapolis.
The incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. on January 30. According to dispatch audio, the crash involved a black Toyota Camry that collided with a snow pile. Weather and road conditions may have contributed to the incident, though the exact cause has not been confirmed.
EMS was en route to assist a male occupant of the vehicle, who was reportedly injured in the crash. The severity of the injuries has not been disclosed, but medical personnel responded to an additional location on North 1700 East, possibly related to the same incident.
Police and emergency crews temporarily managed traffic while assisting the injured party and documenting the scene. No other vehicles were reported involved.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is continuing to investigate the crash.
