Indianapolis, IN (August 12, 2025) – A five-vehicle crash occurred on August 11 at approximately 3:00 p.m. near South Keystone Avenue in Indianapolis. The collision left one person trapped, prompting a swift and coordinated emergency response.
Marion County MECA Fire and Rescue dispatched Engine 45, Engine 2, and other rescue teams to the scene. The extrication process was initiated by attack units 44 and 43. Emergency medical services treated the injured and worked to safely extricate the trapped individual, who was later transported to a nearby hospital for further care.
