Indianapolis, IN (January 16, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to reports of a personal injury vehicle collision on I-465 southbound near mile marker 38 on January 14. Fire and EMS units, including Medic 21, Engine 9, and Ladder 9, arrived promptly to provide medical care and assess the scene.
Medical personnel evaluated the injured occupants for a variety of injuries, treating them on-site and arranging transport to nearby hospitals for those requiring further evaluation. Police officers assisted by securing the highway and directing traffic while responders managed the vehicles and cleared debris.
