Indianapolis, IN (January 16, 2026) – Authorities were notified of a collision at Dequincy Street and East Michigan Street on January 14, involving a black Cadillac SUV and a gray Toyota RAV4. Airbags deployed during the impact, and one individual reported chest and facial pain.
EMS personnel arrived on scene to provide medical care, assessing the injured party for a variety of injuries and arranging transport to a nearby hospital if further evaluation was required. Police and deputies secured the intersection and directed traffic while emergency crews stabilized the vehicles and coordinated a tow for the disabled cars.
Witnesses provided statements to help authorities reconstruct the events leading to the crash. Emergency teams also worked to remove debris and ensure the roadway was safe for motorists once the immediate response concluded.
