According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the driver of a 2008 Mercedes C300 slowed to make a right turn when the vehicle was struck from behind by a 2012 Subaru Forester. The impact caused minor damage to both vehicles, which were driven away from the scene after the crash.
The driver of the Mercedes, a 53-year-old man from High Ridge, MO, sustained injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital South by North Jefferson County Ambulance for treatment. The driver of the Subaru, a 30-year-old man from Byrnes Mill, MO, was reportedly uninjured.
