Jefferson Township, PA (January 17, 2026) – Emergency crews from Stations 15 and 45 responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Fisher Rd and Freeport Rd in Jefferson Township. The crash was first reported at approximately 5:45 p.m., with multiple callers notifying authorities.
Initial reports from C-15-2 confirmed that two vehicles were involved and stopped in the middle of the roadway, with at least one person injured. Pennsylvania State Police were also notified and responded to the scene.
Medical personnel from 45-1 provided treatment to the injured party and transported the individual to Butler Memorial Hospital for further care at approximately 6:08 p.m. The extent of the injuries has not yet been disclosed, but the patient was stable enough for transport.
Crews worked to manage traffic and clear the scene, which was officially terminated at 6:31 p.m. The cause of the crash is under investigation by local authorities.
