Lancaster Township, PA (January 17, 2026) – One person was injured Friday afternoon in a crash involving a passenger vehicle and a UTV (utility terrain vehicle) on Crab Run Rd in Lancaster Township, prompting an emergency response and road closure.
The incident occurred around 3:55 PM near 130 Crab Run Rd. Stations 22 and 62 were dispatched to the scene, where crews confirmed a collision between a car and a UTV. The vehicle reportedly came to rest blocking a bridge, leading to a full closure of the roadway at Woodlands Rd.
Emergency medical services from 62-2 transported one injured person to Allegheny General Hospital (AGH) for further treatment. The extent of the injuries has not been publicly disclosed.
Crews on scene requested traffic control and cleanup support due to debris and hazards caused by the crash. The incident was officially marked terminated at approximately 4:26 PM.
