Lathrop, CA (February 8, 2025) – Emergency responders were quick to the scene, providing care to the injured victims following a traffic collision on the Roth Rd onramp to I-5 South. The accident occurred around 2:50 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
CHP officers arrived shortly after receiving a 911 call reporting the accident involving a white semi-truck and a white Ford sedan. Firefighters and paramedics responded to assess and treat the injured parties at the scene. The collision resulted in moderate injuries, and it remains unclear if the victims were transported to a nearby hospital for further care.
Due to the crash, the onramp was closed, and vehicles were blocked from accessing southbound I-5. Tow services from Bob’s Towing were dispatched to clear the damaged Ford Fiesta from the scene.
