Lebanon, IL (August 11, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision in Lebanon on Monday involved injuries at the intersection of IL-4 and Oak Grove School Rd. The crash was reported alongside an automatic crash notification alert, prompting a joint response from Lebanon Fire, MedStar EMS, and Lebanon Police Department.
First responders, including paramedics, assessed and treated those injured before arranging for hospital transport. Crews remained on scene to manage traffic and clear debris from the intersection.
